The official language of the ISF World Seed Congress 2011 in Belfast, Northern Ireland (UK) will be English. Translation will not be provided.

Participation in the ISF World Seed Congress is restricted to ISF Members (Ordinary, Associate and Affiliate) and to representatives of companies that are members of a national seed association in the delegate's country of residence. The national seed association must be an Ordinary Member of ISF.

Wireless Internet access will be available in St George's Market where the trading floor and exhibition will be located. Internet access will also be available in the Waterfront Hall and the Hilton Hotel.

Cellular Phone and Laptop Charging facilities will be available in St Georges Market.

A non- smoking policy applies to all the congress venues and to all public buildings in Northern Ireland.
