Private Meeting Rooms

The Private Meeting Rooms will be located in St George's Market, the Hilton Hotel and Waterfront Hall. The opening hours are:

Tuesday 31 May 2011	08:00 h - 18:00 h
Wednesday 1 June 2011	08:00 h - 18:00 h

Only one Private Meeting Room now available in Waterfront Hall.

Light refreshments will be served in the room or adjacent area once each day.

The standard set-up is a board table with 10 chairs. Optional items including internet, telephone, catering and additional furniture may be ordered after your meeting room is confirmed.

Keys to the private meeting rooms will be available on Sunday 29 May 2011 18:00 h. Further information will be provided to the participants who booked this service in February 2011.
