Cancellation Policy

DISCLAIMER

Please note that in the event that the congress and related pre- and post-congress meetings are cancelled by the organizers in case of force majeure, as defined under the “ICC Force Majeure Clause”; the registration fee, hotel deposit and any other service ordered through the registration will not be refunded. ISF and the organizers will endeavor to assist you in minimizing the consequences of such cancellation. Nevertheless, you may wish to insure yourself directly against such a risk.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Refunds will depend on the date and time that ISF receives the cancellation request. Refunds will be made after the congress, at the latest by Sunday 31 July 2011. 

The following conditions apply:

I.   Registration Fees, Exhibit Booths, Half and Full Day Tours,Social Events and Golf Tournament

On or before Friday 11 March 2011, 14:00 h (GMT)

GBP 45 for administrative costs

Between Friday 11 March and Friday 15 April 2011, 14:00 h (GMT)                 

50% of the amount paid

After Friday 15 April 2011, 14:00 h (GMT) or no show

100% of the amount paid

 

II.  Hotel Accommodation:

On or before Wednesday 9 February 2011, 14:00 h (GMT) GBP 45 for administrative costs

After Wednesday 9 February 2011 and no show

III. Reserved Trading Tables, Private Meeting Rooms
