Congress Information

Official Language of the Congress

The official language of the ISF World Seed Congress 2011 in Belfast, Northern Ireland will be English. Translation will not be provided.

Eligibility to attend the ISF World Seed Congress

Participation in the ISF World Seed Congress is restricted to ISF Members (Ordinary, Associate and Affiliate) and to representatives of companies that are members of a national seed association in the delegate's country of residence. The national seed association must be an Ordinary Member of ISF.

 
Internet
Wireless Internet access will be available in St George's Market where the trading floor and exhibition will be located.

Internet access will also be available in the Waterfront Hall and the Hilton Hotel.

Cellular Phone and Laptop Charging
Cellular Phone and Laptop Charging facilities will be available in St George's Market.

Non-Smoking Policy
A non- smoking policy applies to all the congress venues and to all public buildings in Northern Ireland.

Programme Changes
The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances.

The Congress organized social events are either located a short walking distance from your hotel and the convention centre or in the case of the Gala Dinner, a short coach ride. More information on the transport arrangements for the social events will be available on 19 April 2011. 

Please note accompanying persons must be registered to have access to the Social Events.

All registered participants will be required to show their name badges to gain access to the Social Events.
