Belfast has a superb choice of hotel accommodation ranging from 3* to 5*, all within walking distance from the congress venues, with many having being built or refurbished in the last few years.
Host Hotels
This is due to the high concentration of hotels in the Belfast City Centre area, coupled with their limited room capacity. However, all of the hotels are in close proximity to both, St George’s Market and the Waterfront Hall.
Breakfast is included in the room rate for all of the hotels.

Shuttle
All hotels usually have a strict non-smoking policy for public spaces inside the hotel. Designated smoking areas are usually available. Please check with your hotel at check-in.
Information about how to get to the City Centre (taxi, bus service) from the George Best City Airport or the Belfast International Airport can be found in the Travel Information Section of the Congress website.
Participants are advised to make their room reservation through the ISF Secretariat at Congress-negotiated rates. This can be done on-line by completing and submitting your registration form.
Hotel reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request. However ISF cannot be held responsible for non-availability of rooms in your hotel of choice. One night's deposit (room cost plus VAT) will be charged at the time of registration. The balance of the hotel accommodation fee and any additional charges will be paid at the hotel reception desk at check-out. Participants will be required to supply a credit card at the time of check-in. Check-in and check-out times are 15:00 h and 12:00 h respectively. Confirmation of your Congress registration will include confirmation details on your hotel reservation. Rooms have been blocked at all hotels between 27 May and 4 June 2011.
